Founded in 2005, this fast-growing social enterprise provides ethically manufactured quality apparel for socially responsible consumers, organizations and companies. Fifty percent of profits go directly to our charity partner Free the Children – the worlds largest network of children helping children through education.

• Entry level position
• Minimum 1 year commitment, potential for promotion to head office in 1 year
• Full-time salary position-$20,800 annually. Approx. 40 hours a week, $10/hour
• Occasionally required to work longer hours
• Performance based bonus quarterly

The Warehouse Controller is the connector between Me to We Style’s head office and the screen printing warehouse. This person oversees the printing process, making sure all orders go as planned. This includes quality control, packing and shipping, as well as fulfilling online orders.

KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITES

• Communicating, liaise between warehouse, operations and sales
• Problem solving, forecasting, avoiding, and solving problems
• Wholesale orders, scheduling, picking & packing, printing graphic proofs
• Inventory control, organize inventory and use inventory management software
• Quality control, inspecting products to ensure the highest quality of goods before shipping to customers
• Shipping, generating shipping documents using shipping station and schedule pick ups
• Online Sales, fulfilling orders, shipping & customer service for online clients.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Superior communication skills in English, both written and oral for both internal communications and online customer service
• Very strong computer skills, e-mail and Microsoft Excel

Other Assets:
• Drivers License
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator is an advantage, but not required

The position is based out of Me to We Style’s screen printing warehouse (approx. Dufferin & HWY 7)
