Shipping
Shipping On-line Orders:
Online sales shipments take between 1-3 weeks in most cases. If we are suddenly sold out then we will contact you of any delay beyond 3 weeks.
Shipping Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders are charged 7% shipping and handling.. Deliveries are scheduled to arrive by 5pm of the "due date" stated on your order form. For orders within Canada and the USA we use FedEx Ground. Please allow for the following shipping times:
- Six days for most of the USA, British Columbia, Alberta, and the East Coast. If you are in a very rural area it may take an extra day or two.
- 2 days for Ontario. If you are in a very rural area it may take an extra day or two.
- 2 days for the Greater Toronto Area. We use a reliable local delivery service.
Rush Delivery:
If you require rush delivery service you have two options for payment. In both cases you will only be charged 3.5% handling.
- The first option is FedEx Express. We can ship your order on your own shipping account. We prefer to use FedEx Express, but we can also use your requested shipping company.
- The second option is to ship your order on our FedEx Express account and for us to bill you the exact amount.
