Special Screen Printing

There are several special screen printing alternatives.

Four colour process
For printing anything with shading, such as a photo, you will want to use "four colour process" printing. A photo is separated into the four colours (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key/Black ). While printing, the four colours are laid on top of each other. The inks blend with each other, producing shades and better likeness to a photograph. For colour to stand out, they often require an additional printing. This process is only recommended for large volumes of printing. Send us your graphic for a quote.

Discharge
Discharge is a technique that instead of applying ink, permanently removes the t-shirt colour. This is the process we've used on our Tree tee.
