Turn Around Times

Turn-around times on orders vary. Please note below what you can do to speed up the process and the timelines you can expect.

After Order Form and Graphics Have Been Submitted

Once you have submitted your order form you can expect the following turn-around times (before shipping).

2 to 4 Weeks + Shipping:
Your order will be ready for shipment 2 to 4 weeks after the date your artwork is finalized. The exact timing varies depending on our inventory at that point in time.

3 to 7 Weeks + Shipping:
Occasionally we have to wait for new fabric to arrive before making your finished goods. In these rare occasions the turn-around time can take from 3 to 7 weeks. Please ask your account manager for a clearer understanding of your timeline.

7 Weeks + Shipping:
Your order will be ready for shipment 6 to 8 weeks after you place your order in the event that we do not have the fabric in inventory. For very large orders we may have to order fabric. Custom-dyed fabric orders take longer due to the lab dip approval process.

Some points - give the turn around time for custom dyed fabric.

Factors That Affect Order Processing

Various factors affect the time it takes to process your order.

Approved artwork: To avoid delays please make sure you provide the correct artwork and approve final artwork quickly.

Existing Screen Printing Schedule: Screen printing must be scheduled in advance .

Number of Pieces: The total number of pieces has an impact on how long it will take to process your order.

Printing Process: Printing timelines are affected by the number of locations and screens that need to be set up.

Locations: Keep in mind each location requires its own separate job. For example 3,000 t-shirts with 4 different locations is the equivalent to printing 12,000 t-shirts.

Set-up Time: When screen printing, each screen requires its own set up time. It takes the same amount of time to set up for 12 shirts as it does to set up for 1,200 shirts. For small orders it often takes more time to set up the screens than it actually takes to print the shirts.

Pick and Pack: All orders need time to be picked from the shelves, hang tagged, packed and prepared for shipping.

Inventory: We have a high turn-over of our inventory and occasionally have to wait while we re-stock blank apparel and fabric.
